1. I said I was on "indefinite leave" That still holds true. I just have a few moments of breathing space for a few weeks. Awi
2.
Yes, the Council is unfriendly, that is the point. If Mur were still making decisions, and he made a terrible, ridiculous decision, who would oppose him? After all, he made MD, he must know best. Look at all the smart things he's done in the past. But the Council? Anybody can rip into them as often as they like, and they don't even get a slap on the wrist, while someone speaking against Mur, I would draw Curiose's case to your attention, as it is the most obvious of them all, if I remember correc
3. Most popular: given to a player who is more a champion of common masses than a 'noble' in a list and has been most apt at being friendly, generous and liked. My take on it: "Given to that most charismatic player who has attracted the largest and most consistent following. Not to be given to the most powerful or prestigious member of the realm, but rather the most well-loved."[/colo
4.
So what exactly could they tell you that would make you believe that their decision was fair? They could lay out all their reasoning and logic on a silver platter and you'd still have no reason to believe that was the reasoning they actually used for the decision. Sure, the Council is stupid, but good luck challenging their decision. It's made, get over it. Lightsage will do a fine job.
Yes - actually. If they laid out their reasoning and logic on a silver platter we could then respond
5. I would not like to be uprooted, but I would not strongly disagree with being met on occasion. I also think that the viscosity that has built up around my area has overstayed its welcome and would love to see a few people band together and reduce it. If I had a bubble weaver, which I could reclaim, I would give said people bubbles. Awi
6.
I don't trust the Council to be unbiased and partial. NOTHING in my entire experience with them has shown them to be just that.
I second this sentiment. Awi
7. Yes, I'll correct myself, the Council suggested I was unhelpful or useless, not irrelevant. I'll give the weaver to Kets. Awi
8. Hello, Decided to officially declare myself mostly inactive. I don't really have the time or the inclination to participate in this game. As far as my role - besides a question here and there, no one used me anyways. Though I asked the Council to announce it a month ago, since they were the ones who first suggested that I was irrelevant, I suppose you can consider this a resignation. But from what I'm resigning? Nothing, really. The Council can post their updates to the forum directly, as they have done already for the most recent update. Send your queries to the Council email, as be
9. Also can someone get me back to my spot? Stuck at the GoE. Awi
10. Here's a poll for you: Which pleases you the most: 1. Your departure would have zero impact on my game experience. I do not care. 2. I dislike your presence, please leave. 3. You make my game experience better, please stay. Take your pick, that's my response. Awi

12. True - I would assume in that situation a forum board is most appropriate. Awi
13. Happy July, Folks of Magic Duel, I bring you the first Council update: Community garden: The garden now has a subtitle and the Council has sent further requests to Rumi. More details likely to follow in the coming weeks. Remain active and involved. Revival: The Council is discussing another revival method. The concept will be broken down into smaller chunks so it can be implemented piece by piece, as the revival process is going to require a number of stages and is rather complex. Ideas should be directed at the appropriate forum board. @magicduel email: Fixed
14. The Council email is now back up, as all other @magicduel emails should be. If this is not the case, contact bugs@magicduel.com Awi
15. Before this goes into the real Rules page, there should be more feedback and comments. Awi
16. I think this should list the Bugs email Awi
17. I know that they can answer some emails, but yes, their email remains crippled. Awi
18. The Council has gained some limited email access, but still has yet to recover fully. More updates to follow. Awi
19. The Council currently cannot receive or reply to any emails. This will be updated when that changes. Awi
20. Grido you're going to have to accept that you aren't going to make a profit off an item like that. Eon paid his premium to HAVE the item, not expecting to get a profit. Imagine buying a luxury car or piece of jewelry.... it doesn't earn you anything... it's marginally useful, but certainly not profitable. In short, you've used the revital item as a status symbol, not as an actual tool that should be used. What good is it doing you? Awi
21. Mods, please pin this topic so that anyone can find it. Update 6/18/12 The Council has declared that they will work first on Citizenship, as informed by the forum board: http://magicduel.inv...elopment-focus/ If you have comments, please start another board.
22. This puts me in a somewhat awkward place. I feel disappointed that the Council could not make an in game meeting, but their reasoning seems believable, and I do agree that a number of people would use it exclusively to determine their identities. I am willing to compromise on that. You addressed the issue at hand, which is what I most wanted. Even though I still find anonymity distasteful, I will continue to maintain a degree of trust in Mur's original judgment and the Council's ongoing one. There remains many questions that I would like answered and still consider critical to the re
23. As I previously posted, I arbitrarily asked that the Council respond, set a date, and meet within in week... So, by next Thursday this meeting should have occurred. Awi
24. Again, I don't really want to have complex conversations here about What Should Replace The Council without first giving them a chance to speak out. I mentioned that they should appoint one person to step forward IF that makes it easier for them. If they want to all show up and take questions as they see fit, I'm fine with that too. Whatever works for them, is the point I was getting it. I'm not necessarily 100% sure of One Leader to Rule Them All. What I like most about the idea, however, is that it gives us a central point to go to and talk with. And it allows us to give feedback in
