2. Hello. How are you? I am fine, but excruciatingly busy. But thanks for asking. I planned on doing another festival in about.. 1 week ago. But real life makes it so that even though I am in college, I haven't had an actual vacation in approximately 25 months. But, I can do stuff in the first week of September. So I will (Festival starts on Tuesday the 3rd, ends on Sunday the 8th of September.. Because I have to train people on Monday, that's why). No manager, that will have to wait for next year. Seeing as how I am busy until end of next week (WHEN I AM FINALLY FREE ROOAAOAOAOAOAAOA
 3. It won't be mutually exclusive. The order doesn't matter either. so if we wanted this, they could just adopt this legislation and build new laws upon that.
 4. Alright, I am slowly coming back to MD. Once my thesis is done, I'll definitely have some more time, as a lot of things will be ending in my real life. However, I am going to be away during the usual time for the Festival of War and Remembrance, due to a vacation in China and see some family again, a debating tournament in my own city, as well as training and preparing for, and competing in, the European University Debating Championships 2013 in Manchester, I am NOT going to be able to do a lot of MD during latter 2nd half of July and the first 3 weeks of August. This means that, seeing as

 11. No one has agreed with me yet. I don't think I said somewhere that I would unilaterally impose this right? As if I even had the power And if Shadow wants to help, sure I mean, that is the point of this forum right? Collaborate, help each other, useful debates, etc? I welcome everyone to help out, because I already realized that there are mighty clashes and redundant overlaps between the articles and that there may be something fundamental that I may have missed, after all, I am an international economist, not a constitutional lawyer Also, anybody have any idea on how to post this fo

I.. don't feel like arguing this, but lets just say that it is to uphold stability and that personal views should rem

 14. 1: The article 2: Argumentation (Points below will flow from this point naturally). 3: Intended effect 4: Examples 5: Implications and consequences 1) Article 8: As territory holds only sentimental value, the rights of the individual and the powers of the state extend upon the citizens of the state and not its sovereign territory. (this is already status quo, and really, the other lands have no legal basis, nor do we, as none of us have kings...) 2) Argumentation: This may be kind of obvious, but still. The fact remains that the realm of MD is simply different and we mus

This also stands on the subsidiarity principle and as such holds true to article 4 2) Argumentation: Each person gives up freedoms that come with power that each individual has, in order to partake in an orderly society which grants protection. But if a person cannot protect him or herself, then the remaining freedo
 17. So uh, do I have to contact someone for this? My gold has been gone for about a few weeks now and I was wondering when my profile gets balanced.
 18. 1: The article 2: Argumentation (Points below will flow from this point naturally). 3: Intended effect 4: Examples 5: Implications and consequences 1) Article 5: The subsidiarity principle holds true to the case of already established and future to be established, entities of the state. This means that the sovereignty and the power of the state is to be divided into levels where they are best applied. This will not be on the basis of territory, but on the basis of official alliances and guilds. 2) Argumentation: Again, not doing this would make no sense. It is adapting t
