I was fooling around in story mode, and I noticed that once I complete the carnival chapter, I'm teleported back to the MDP, no matter which location I happen to be at that time..
Is this intentional?

Oh ok...I just tried another path and it seems I can be teleported to places other than MDP :P
But even if it is intentional, it may not be that good...might confuse new ppl

the reason why it happens is because.. that scene might be very important point in the story. So it teleports you to the place where that part/scene is taking place.
