I don't like the idea of an automatic revival or a resurrection without help of others. Why? Because people would find little reason to help someone who would get back after a month anyway. Many great initiatives came from dead, like Chewett's heat letting for the king; Maebius, Katt and Guillak's heat gathering for Seigheart (and later on themselves) together with Passant's War on Death and even Dst's ritual to make Bob bloom for Eon. Most of these efforts wouldn't be there if the dead would be resurrected after a month anyway.

It seems like everyone agrees that paying 20 Gold to revive someone is outrageous, but why has no one tried to resurrect them using a different way? Why has there been no mas heat gathering? Why has no one tried to reconstruct the ritual Dst used to get Eon back? Have the Lorerootians forgotten their laws now they no longer have a king? "To aid fellow citizens" and "To defend other Lorerootians by word and deed."

Why haven't the bringers of light brought their light to the GoE, brought the life bringing light? Especially now one of Marind Bell's own citizens has died as well.

Same goes for the rest of MD our citizens are dying and we just sit by watching idelly, telling a few to fix what we don't feel worth the trouble to work for.

Heat is the blood of all activity in MD, garthering enough heat therefore will bring back those that died, so why not stop wasting our time complaining about Grido and start bringing back the dead?

Heat gathering you say? Well, currently, heat is being gathered to "ressurect" the Children of the Eclipse with the Defense Quarters in Loreroot. If that becomes successful, and it sways the heart of Mur, and the Council, then too, it can be done to ressurrect the Dead. Go to Loreroot and open the chest therein. Open an orb and then click on the "pray" button. Let us see how successful can be. Heat only works if the people are WILLING to give it up.

If someone for no apparent good reason can kill a character, cannot someone revive a character out of kindheartedness and mercy? It is easy for anyone, oh for example...ME say I am going to kill my character willingly, say my goodbyes, and then then POOF, just leave (which I haven't but that's a whole other story) but quite another to have a "Death Spell" and pop someone off without a by your leave. Very naughty and worth a punt kick straight to jail in my humble opinion.

To stop this bickering, icky "brown finger" pointing, will not one of you who actually HAS a charm, STEP UP, and revive Chewy and be done with it? Heck, give it to me, and I'll even make a big production RP out if it (to fulfill my fellow RP junkies out there) and revive him myself. Or not but it would have been fun.

We both know you won't drift away. You're the Wookie. So that card doesn't work, Chewy.

Also, I have several projects going on that require my attention.

I've caused a stir in the community, stop pointing it at me, and do something about being dead.

I have finally fallen off the fence and have decided I am leaving the realm of Magic Duel. It's long past due that I do so. I have medical issues that robs me of mental clarity and it is still not under control. Also, I am no longer active enough to be considered a threat to the male population that I usually was, and my role as the Hostess of the Root of the Matter Inn has gone to the way side.

So I am doing my last Swan Song, my last Hurrah, my last desperate gasp of a role play before I go out in small POOF of badly played drama. I have given away some of my "great" creatures and in doing so, Sagewoman is growing old drastically. Those of you who truely love me, get to see my desperation. For you ladies of Darkness, Phantasm will be up for grabs. Once I finally fade into oblivion, his blood bond of Darkness to my Light will fail and he can no longer call me his Woman and I no longer can call him the Ole Ball n Chain. Console him in grief won't you?

As we all know, there is no true Death in Magic Duel. Accounts cannot be cancelled and unless I get banned for being extreme n a u g h t y n e s s (yeah right), I always have the option of being resurrected or just showing up for MurMass like all the other Vets who pop up who have gone before me. *coughwon'tnamenamescough*

Anyways, I will be getting my affairs in order, and playing out my last role as a potentially dying old woman. Maybe if I am very lucky, I'll die quietly or get killed off dramatically by a seriously pissed off Phantasm for leaving him or get ambushed by Eon just because he can. XD Worse case scenario...Mur interfers. Oh wait...Mur never interfers. ROFL!

ROFL!
