Weather Effects

Weather triggered by spells and maybe later on randomly should affect gameplay. For example maybe when it it heavyrain you will use more ap when moving, maybe during sunny you get increased regen from regen timer, maybe during stormy you'll spend lots of ap when moving or not at all (a universal movelock 0.0). It not only has a potential to enhance game-play but would make things more dynamic and very interesting. Vote in the poll ind discuss related ideas here. (don't rate negative because I added a null option, it helps figure out how many people voted and encourages voting)

Firs, this isn't about punishing people, this is about fixing the mistakes they have made. That's what they are; mistakes. If anyone wants to get angry with these people for making mistakes, then what does it say about them? Besides, Mur was one person doing everything. Now there's the council, and they can do the work of at least a couple Murs.

    The Lay Of The Ggg

This story is true, if not totally consistent with the facts. The Lay of the GGG by Fyrd Argentus The Golden Globe Gazebo is, the subject of this song, And how the GGG did rise, and how it did go wrong, Why some found life there in a win, and others sought to end, What they saw as a mortal sin, so sought our wills to bend. When MD Realm was new and all, first sought to find their way, The elder players were on top, the younger they did slay. The agony was fresh and new, no end they saw in sight But some young men their plight did rue, they said this is not right. A Brotherhood of Dark was formed, in need of a physician In secret places they conspired, to better their position No more would they be kicked and beat, no longer they would heed They would not serve as veteran's meat, they would no longer bleed. The Brothers found their secrets dark, of war and of technique That would their fighting spirit spark, and change their status bleak They learned it fast and had to grin, as veterans came to fall But all downtrodden wished to win, so sought to learn it all. All who came to GGG, the Brothers did protect The place of ritual pretend, and battles to elect And so the beaten and the broke, came to the GGG For they were safe, 'till "burst" they spoke, no further need to flee. But then the Brotherhood did yearn, to seek a higher place, Their lofty status they did earn, they pushed a higher pace, So left they then the GGG, the others for to run For better still they sought to be, and share their secrets, none. New Warriors now had their own chance, to teach their creatures well, In GGG they could advance, their numbers then did swell, For without GGG their life, was toil without hope, The Veterans gave them only strife, and hung them on a rope. And then the Children even came, to grow up straight and nice They never sought to play the game, of fighting cats and mice. You see they sought a life of ease, their creatures won them praise To garden grasans if you please, and winderwilds to raise. One among the Veteran crew, saw trouble on this road So many players lived and grew, but never grief had toed They did not understand the lore, the Brotherhood had taught Their fighting skills it seems were poor, their power served them not So up a step he offered all, a place to learn to fight Puzzle wars and ritual, to tackle and hit right He said the GGG was bad, to fight the phony way The GGG would drive all mad, to grind away all day. But not all sought to raise them up, for loved they their position They did not care to see young pup, advance in their ambition So each tore down the GGG, for different stated reason And sought to make the warriors flee, and said the place was treason. The cat was first, she loved a fight, to make all others hate her. To hold her back from any fight, was opposite her nature. And Chaos brought in all the jerks, who crashed through GGG Scattering all the careful works, hitting all that they could see. But arrogance then came to town, the daddy of all boasts Who bluntly said he'd shut it down, and murder all the hosts. He said he'd teach them better forms, at willow's shop, you see, If you'd crawl to him like baby worms, and sit on daddy's knee. Now Mur above was silent still, he took no vocal stand He said no word, to show his will, as lord of all the land But note that all the children are, still safe from Veterans' wrath And all are taught to gently spar, by teacher in a bath So now those who most need to learn, to stand up in a fight Continue to their power earn, with ritual "not right". And no more Warriors can be found, in GGG or Park They do not bleed in no-mans-land, instead they work in dark. Like Brothers then of old they toil, their practice they pursue For Veterans make their blood to boil, the thought of them they rue They grind their weapons and work as one, and wait for their big chance. When tables turn and Veterans run, their day of sweet vengeance.

The problem I have with this is that its already been raised months and months back. If there was a time to take retroactive action it was then, not now. I'm sorry, but this feels like dragging up stuff again and again. Yes, perhaps there have been abuses with WPs, but there have also been other WP abuses not mentioned here that were also brought up. I think that there needs to be a proper set of rules and ideas for WPs. Not all aspects of WPs can be governed simply by rules. There will always be an element of people having to show some common sense I fear. That being said, it gets really tiresome seeing stuff being regurgitated repeatedly. I know Mur has said about punishing people retroactively before. I agree that people should be punished if caught, even at a later date. However, I also think that when something is brought up it should be dealt with then, not left and then brought up yet again at a later date. If that is the case, then when does it end? I'm sorry, but this kind of thing serves no purpose other than to piss people off in my opinion. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but if there is a problem, deal with it at the time it comes to light. Don't sweep it under the carpet and drag it back out at some later date. It stops people from moving forwards and getting on with things and to be honest, it starts to smack of punitive action rather than actual justice. Most law systems have rules about trying someone for the same crime twice or crimes that have gone unpunished for lengthy periods. We've already had at least one person remark about judgement being delayed to the point of uselessness. If an issue or a crime arise, deal with it then and deal with it speedily and clearly. Otherwise, you're making it hard for anyone to take any kind of judgement as fair or indeed meaningful. And before anyone makes any comment about life not being fair, justice implies that there is an element of fairness. There is a wrong, so there is a step to correct the wrong in some way. And MD is not real life, its supposed to be a game and games are supposed to have fairness in built. There is another issue here. And that is that some people have done nothing wrong as far as I can see. Take Sage and Kamisha. I love Sage to bits, but that award was plain stupid in my opinion. That being said, Kamisha didn't do anything wrong. He got a WP (that he shouldn't really have be given), but he didn't do anything untoward or criminal. Should Sage be punished for giving it? Again, I don't think so. I don't believe that either of them were best buds or anything and there wasn't some scheme to gift WPs to each other in exchange. It was a dumb WP to give out. I don;t think it was in anyway underhanded or malicious. While some people may feel otherwise, doing something dumb or being dumb is not a crime last time I checked. If it was, we'd all be guilty, because we all have a moment every now and then where we do something totally dumb (If you feel that you don't ever have a blonde moment as some people call it, then you need to either start a religion with you as a saint or messiah figure, or go get yourself checked by a shrink. And if you are still really sure you have never had one, well relax and wait, because it will happen to you at some point in your life and more often when you start getting older ). I'm sorry if this seems like a total rant, but we've been there and got the t-shirt already. Move forwards, not backwards. (edit: spelling error)

I would however suggest adding your name to your forum account. Nobody knew who my character was until I had this account. Also I usually don't have enough time in university to actually play in game as much as I would like. Sometimes its a good idea to have a secret account but i wouldn't only have a secret account.

A self-respecting writer such as myself would never think of writing for a tabloid such as the one you propose. Your prompts were childish, and I don't expect any sort of sophisticated piece of writing to come about from them. If the response so far is any indication, many people are thinking along the same lines as me. I do not want to write about some wishy-washy topic that seems to have no pertinence - who cares if there are few women in GG? Why does that matter? There is something interesting that could possibly be said on the subject, but instead of pointing to an interesting philosophical or moral question, you go for a more at-the-throat sensationalist take. To expect anything serious to come from what you have put forth is to me analogous to expecting Shakespeare from a monkey - maybe with enough banging away something worthwhile will be produced, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm sry but almost everybody here minus chewy and dst are making assumptions. Two people using the same rit is becoming very common as too some creatures which mur did not want to make rare are. I think mur said there where 64 different kind of creatures in md. Anyways here is the problem. Similar rits may be suspicious but they are not proof. They could be adepts of each other and talk about rits or they could just be two people who got each others by chance. They might atk each other and find the other persons defense is strong so try to copy it. There is any number of reasons it might be like this but we cant assume that's why we need solid proof to proceed.

I agree with Jester. Although this may not be the BEST idea in the world, it shows initiative, and has potential to add to the Flavour of MD. Where would Baskin Robins be if he only had Vanilla and Chocolate icecream? Where would your local newspaper be without the daily comics? Perhaps, just perhaps, we need something player driven to spice up the Realm? There are many odd things that happen that the majority of the Realm fail to notice, perhaps this Tabloid is a perfect way to spread humour, sarcasm, and realmly events. Give him a chance, see where he takes this, before you shoot him down. Edit: I shall give my support as well by suggesting and reporting on the happenings of MD. ~Vic

Do you seriously -want- our publicity to be bad? You're poking the bear, here, and I am sick of it. This is ridiculous. I can understand wanting to get people interested, but to completely change our image like this? As I said before: We are NOT a botched version of the MDNP, we are LEGEND SPEAKERS. I proudly wear that title and if by God you don't like that, then I'll gladly fight tooth and nail for what I believe. Let me remind you that this was originally Yami's Alliance. Rebel Abuse Via Quests
This is the most immediate clause I can find regarding unnecessary rebel abuse. The king's rebel queller is there to serve the purpose of thwarting the rebels- cutting them out of things such as quests is unnecessary and could be considered unnecessary abuse against those who fight for a larger issue at hand. Therefore, I ask the quest maker to reconsider on this basis. Also, Jester, last time I looked at the rules of Necrovion, there weren't any, so I have no idea where you are claiming such a thing- besides the fact that you cannot possibly stop any of us from making quests if we choose to do so. edit for Jester's edit since he didn't want to make a new reply post: For a policy that is not listed anywhere at all, I feel I was perfectly in the right to inquire about it. I still consider the exclusion of rebels from quests created by its citizens to be unnecessary abuse. Until I see something in the land rules about what you're talking about, I am going to consider this stance the doing of the quest maker. If you yourself make it an official 'policy' as you put it, then I will have to pursue my belief of this being rebel abuse. AGAIN since Jester is intent on deleting my posts (which you also so kindly admitted to do in game- thank you, it made a lovely screen cap): Jester, if you wish to make this an official policy, put it into the official land rules in game. I do not see why this is such a difficult request. Until then, anyone excluding rebels from quests will be seen to be doing it out of personal preference and not an order of the king.
I was not deleting your posts because they were from you, but because you posted them in the wrong section. The Necrovion Wish Points are mine to give out to Citizens of Necrovion. I do not consider Rebels to be true Citizens of Necrovion. If this is truly rebel abuse, then I will change my stance, but I do not believe that it is. I did not ban you from making quests, I banned you from using Necrovion WPs to make them. You can still use your own rewards, and you can still participate in Necrovion quests to win things that aren't Necrovion's WP, if the person making it wishes. Edit: I sent a message to the staff. We will have answer soon enough.

Kets is not one to give up the seeds easily either, there had to have been good reason for it. Kets always prided herself on being the keeper of the living. She was by far the greatest gardeners since Kemp was around. I find it very interesting by far. There are a few other pieces of information that are quite unclear. There was ONE person that I know of that made it through the gates when they were closed and went through a transformation of sorts. I almost wonder if it was the wrong person by accident, or simple chance of who it was. Things seldom are left to chance. Oh how the wheels turn *evil laugh*

Legend Speakers is also a guild, not an alliance, mechanic wise this makes no difference, but it does in terms of take-over. Guilds have a set purpose, if the purpose is not being fulfilled "something" will be done, like the Advertisers, they stopped doing advertising things and it got disbanded, it's generally objective what's considered to be fulfilling the role, but what i was getting at is that someone who wants to/does take over LS would have to do so with the intent to run the guild as it's meant to be run (in the broad sense), in which case you shouldn't worry because you'll both have the same interests towards the guild.

Loreroot does not at all dislike Knator Commander. You speak in ignorance and jab a finger at those who do nothing wrong (Handy Pockets). Many do not know the purpose of the seeds or the insulators, to them they simply have an item in their inventory and don't know what it's for or what it's worth. I have stressed fellow Loreroot alliance members and citizens the importance of returning such items to the knights of Knator Commander after Stonebiter requested it of me. (to my knowledge the items were given, but I haven't checked in awhile.) Not to repeat Mya: But, before you go on about Loreroot's "dislike" or "hate" of Knator Commander, get your story straight and don't slander a land that doesn't bloody deserve it.
Azull: Tipu, I agree hate is too strong a word. However there was/is some opposition to KC's mission.
There was hostility in the midst of confusion in the past, and to my knowledge there was only a few who opposed Knator Commander at that time. He is ever welcome in Loreroot, despite the events of the past, and if he ever were to return.. he would be welcomed with open arms. Speak to the people if you don't believe me, much has changed since that time. As to pashweetie, if he chooses to go about saying nonsense, then he will be called out and properly "educated". If this is only a rumor, it will be looked into to see if it is fabrication or truth. (Edit: Removing an in character response.)

I agree with you Malaikat, it's not fair. It is however also not fair that some people got away with abuse. It was also unfair towards me that back in the RPCs days one infamous dude got himself banned in the time between me completing his quest and him finding the time to reward me. He apologized for that later and nowadays I have relatively much WPs so it doesn't affect me as much as someone who never got WPs. That being the case, it is currently about very very old WPs afaik, I haven't seen any undetailed WPs in the logs recently. We all suspect that WPs for days will be introduced soon, so if WPs are being removed now, those affected will probably still end up with more WPs after the changes. Their "punishment" will consist of only getting what they deserve and not more. Maybe that is also one of the reasons this is happening now instead of several months ago. Mind you, even in real life it often takes multiple years before a trial even starts. Also, now that WPs are being inspected and the council is probably reading this, I'd like to ask to think of the 25 last rewarded limit. More and more WPs in the logs are being given by person X to person Y for quest A by person Z. It takes the charm out of WPs a bit. eg. a WP rewarded by MB just sounds way more awesome.

Sorry, are you reading my post or Curiose's? She and I seem to be on different planets here.... I am just sitting back in stunned amazement at her rampages. And searching for those personal communications I supposedly ignored. And I stand by my position that you can't write about something if you have no passion for it. That's rather different from going to war. The Envoy system was one hope of allowing passionate writing while maintaining over-all guild neutrality, but that's not working either, as Curiose got herself kicked out of Necrovion.

    Rebel Abuse Via Quests

just my 2 cents on this since it's taking odd proportions
A rebel is a participant in a rebellion; or more generally, an individual who resists authority or control.
In this case Jester who is the King represents the authority and he is the one granting you citizenship. Yet after this he can't excommunicate .So this is a little contradictory as far as i see it, you are citizens because the King has allowed you to but you also are rebels means you work against the King and you expect him to treat you right ? As a rebel you deny the laws of the king and you try to make your own ( but maybe i'm misunderstanding this ) . When you became a rebel you should have considered the implications of being a rebel and the consequences . One of them is not being able to participate at some quest sponsored by the King whose authority you are trying to undermine - Now to make things clear Do you expect to have the same rights as a loyal citizen who obeys the King and laws ? do you expect him to treat you fair just because you are a citizen ? do you expect him to stand and watch while you plot against him ? After all it's his right to fight back any way he can , fair or not. He used the means that he had ( not giving you a WP or denying you the right to enter a quest) , that;s all . There is no right or wrong when fighting a war even if it;s not an open one.
With any change of leadership comes a refinement and restatement of purpose for an alliance. Here is my view. Legend Speakers are not so much neutral as being dedicated to the healthy balance and growth of the realm as a whole. We will champion the underdogs and be advocates for truth and justice as the culture of the Magic Duel realm develops into the future. Individuals within Legend Speakers are encouraged to pursue their selected "Cause Celeb" and "Interest Focus". Ideally, each land should be assigned an Envoy to work closely with them in glorifying their particular culture and achievements. This cannot be done impartially, but must be done with passion. However, all Legend Speakers must be capable of acting with professional balance and neutrality when called upon to act as representatives of the Alliance, or of the Magic Duel Archives as a whole.
Now, while I am on a rampage, and obviously since my calmer point of view wasn't enough to change your mind, allow me to say them here, with a firmer tone: WE. ARE. NEUTRAL. What part of that can't you understand? We are in neutral territory, and we have ALWAYS been neutral. Taking away our neutrality is a big BIG mistake. I told you that. If you take away our neutrality, you will have a very, very angry person on your hands. There is no way that we can't possibly be a non-neutral guild in a neutral land. If you even so much as DARE move us from MDA, I swear, you will not be happy. I am surprised no one else has pointed this out yet. And while I'm at it, since you decide to ignore me privately, I will speak my mind on the forums, publicly. Maybe that will do something. As for Envoys: We have 2. We only need 2 more. As for Recruitment: I refuse to have people join our alliance willy nilly. I refuse to have members of whom I have no respect for. This is an Alliance, not a damn free for all.

Mur has taken a strong stand against created or artificial “Ancient Legends”, insisting that we should instead chronicle the actual events of our time, and actions of actual characters. 90++ % of the new players never learn about what goes on in Magic Duel. They get bored and leave. What people are doing IS Magic Duel. Shining a light on their deeds and misdeeds, sometimes applauding, sometimes booing, sometimes laughing in delight or in ridicule, is not “stirring the pot” or “rumor mongering”. This is writing about things that actually happened, that should not be hidden away in dark corners. And I am asking for INSIGHTFUL stories, not one-sided ones. Any good reporter knows the difference between rumor and fact. Rumor is what tells you something out there is happening. Fact is what you find, and leads you to the real story – hopefully and especially including the “why”. I am offering story assignments (with rewards from my pocket) based on the merest suggestion that there might be a story somewhere. It would be ridiculous to think Legend Speakers has a monopoly on wisdom and perspective, or that 1 or 2 of us can chronicle the deeds of the 200,000 player ID’s that have passed through the realm. My dearest hope is to inspire others, many others, new or veteran, to take up these assignments and uncover the actual truth. Yes, I have adopted an extreme style in the EDITORIAL voice, which should differ from the voice of those with the actual byline. The adventure log is dead, the newspaper is dead, Magic Duel is in survival mode and hurting. Why? It always boils down to lack of interest and involvement. This editorial style is calculated to generate the maximum interest and excitement about what is actually happening in Magic Duel. For better or worse, all we can say about Magic Duel is that “it is what it is”. Unless people are excited and engaged, it will continue to diminish. (The game improves, its financial prospects do not). And as with all things, The Tabloids will either change or die. All of life is an experiment, like it or not. The Tabloids are just one finger on the hand that is Legend Speakers, and does not define the alliance. However, each finger on that hand is directed in a different way, to the mission that I see, which is to bring Magic Duel fully to life for ever more people. That is my goal. Reader response is now evenly divided at 4 vs. 4. If you wish to see Magic Duel grow as I do, help me refine my initiatives in a constructive way. Thank you.

In my opinion Fyrd is showing good initiative. When is the last time anyone heard a Legend Speaker speak about a Legend? I was around when Yami was playing, and the way the Legend Speakers have been recently has been rather pathetic. So far the only thing I've seen is Story Night, which are made up stories and have no relation to Legends whatsoever. These "tabloids" have actual relation to MD, and I think they show potential. I'll assist with this if I can, but I'm rather busy at the moment so I don't think I can write any articles. EDIT: I agree with the other responses about the non-serious manner of the articles being a problem, but you have to start somewhere.

Now as i have recovered from the sedative effects which was injected by Shadowseeker(SS) in GG lab. Iam able to recovery my memories back. Well First i want to congrats the Demon Demi god for his success in getting Commander sedative and locked in a Nowhere in a cowardly manner. Ho yes I mapped all the events that happened During this Missions and i just found how Evil u r indeed. First i was wondering why an Age limit requirements for the Guards in this mission why not Vets now i Understood ur plot. Demon Demi god Plan A: Mission impossible 'Items' Unlike all other Mission. The items required for this missions was not delivered by Postman but by courier. And u manged to sabotage that courier too and distribute the items required to various player in the Realm. In this mission those 5 insulators and 1 spore. Out of which 6 Items where landed in LR members pockets. Cleaver plot u very well know that All most all LR citizens Hate Commander and against his mission. And u used ur Goldly power only to create 7 Insulators and 3 spore and we have to get 5 insulators and 1 spore Uhhmm a practically impossible mission considering some items even went in Inactive accounts. But even against all the Odds we managed to get the all the 6 items required for the mission with the help of Peace, Lord Lifeline and a Secret Friend(SF 004), Also Clock master for his Coins. Demon Demi God Plan B : Diversion 'GG lab thing' Now u really got worried as We have managed to collect all the items required for the Safe mission. U did managed to divert the attention of commander over the lab. (The details will not be discussed). And as per that we have to collect one more spore out of 2 spore owners ( GG king Yrth and Handy pocket (HP). Well again ur evil plot has used handy pockets innocence as every one knows she will even put her self before the Seeds and will never hand over a seed to an Former Army General. And while The negotiation between GG king and commander over the spore was going on and u used this Time to organism ur self and for a Bigger Crime. Demon Demi God Plan C : 'Party At GG lab' Uhhm Now u sent ur Loyal soldier SS Shadowseeker( soldiers of the inner Sun) to sedate commander. He did organize an party at GG lab for commander and food was sedated with 'Whatnot'. And SS knows commanders weakness and that is Foodie. Now iam sure Commander is somewhere Tied up and sedated to weaken him but i don't know where he is kept jailed. My request to all KC fans and his Loyal friends to help Us to find Commander. He is not what he is portrait 'lazy, eater and blah blah'. He is Army General and he cares for his mission and this mission is true he never bluffs for sure. But he is bound by Evil forces. If no one help us them i have left with one final option and that is to Summon an another equally powerfull Demi god Tengri and hope he answers my Question about commander. I did unknowingly summoned him Once during the mission. He seems to be a Good Demigood. Well Demon Demigod Always make commanders mission to fail, but not this time cos' he has his loyal Guards to Fight for him.... Respect and Honor.

    Unachieved Simple Wishes

Ok, here is a list of people i will reward. Each gets one WishPoint but i am not sure right now who should get the reindrach. I will open the topic again and I will ask the ones i name below to tell me what do THEY think it was the one wish that convinced me to reward them. Don't invent new wishes, just name the one from what you already wrote. Write it again don't just say a number please. Based on that i will decide who gets the Reiny. Awiiya Indyra dst Marvolo Lintara Chewett Those that wonder why they didn't won.. first of all it was a question about what you CAN do but you don't. I eliminated all that made wishes that didn't depend on them. The ones selected got selected because one particular wish i liked, not all. This is a very subjective decision , and it should be one. Afterall it is my own private quest so i can be as subjective as i wish to be Someone will contact you about the rewards, or assign them directly. might be Curiose (hired her on temporary time, see forum topic about it), or it might be someone from the new tribunal treasure keepers i am trying to assamble. Thank you all for participating, regardless how i considered your wishes it was very interesting to see what other people could wish for.

    Mission Of Legend Speakers

Our overall mission is to breath life and color into the realm, glorifying (or vilifying) the events of the day. This can be done in many different ways. To the traditional services of creative writing of stories and songs, and work with Lands or Players to express themselves in papers and position statements, we wish to add an emphasis on sponsorship of events and creation of quests that add excitement to the realm. Please view Legend Speakers as a resource group that can be called upon to make your event a success. Recruitment is open for any who show both creative talent and professionalism in their dealings in the realm.

    Rebel Abuse Via Quests
She is not discriminating, I am. I am the one that made the rule that Necrovion rebels cannot make quests or receive the codes to make a quest of their own. If you wish to rebel against me, you will not be receiving my assistance.

(regarding rebels) If the decision proves to be abusive or based on no actual reason, the king will get one bad point out of a maximum of four.

    Alliance Leadership Insurance

At the moment, loyalty only seems to have two uses. First is you need it for some shop items. Secondly for determining alliance/guild leader positions. On a personal level, I've never liked the idea of hostile takeovers purely based on a stat, particularly from outside influence. I just don't think that it makes that much sense really. real loyalty and dedication to an alliance/guild can't really be measured by a stat, neither can the loyalty/support of its members for the leader. The leader having the highest loyalty stat does not actually equate to that meaning they have the support of the rest of the alliance/guild. Personally, I feel that this harms the idea of alliances and guilds as it creates a situation whereby they can be held by someone that just happens to have an awesomely high stat. Furthermore, leaders of alliances and guilds have little control over anyone coming in from outside. One disgruntled or over-ambitious member can invite an outside influence in while the leader is away and they can gain the required loyalty needed in an amazingly short time. Again, this does not equate to the masses of an alliance or guild loyalty or support for the leader. Fast loyalty gain can also be much easier for stat grinders, who can be at odds with the concept of an alliance or guild. For instance, woodcutters and crafters are not alliances based on martial ability or function. I've said before that while some people find alliance take-overs and attempts to ransom them as funny, I personally find it saddening. I really believe it cheapens the idea and reasons for them. One option may be to cap loyalty points for non-alliance members. You only need a small amount of loyalty for purchasing items and I don't think that people should be using non-alliance status as an opportunity to grind the loyalty stat so that they can be invited in for a hostile take-over. That would at least keep loyalty take-overs to in-house affairs, or make it much harder for outside take-overs at the very least. Just a thought on it.

    The Lay Of The Ggg

Yeah like it's a mystery who the cat is. To be honest I prefer names. It shows guts and bravery. But hey! That's just me.
